Custom orders are considered anything custom shape or colors such as Custom frame bags, custom top tube bags etc.

All of our products are warrantied for up to 2 years from material failure. That being said, if something breaks on your bag after the warranty period such as the stitching we can absolutely fix it! Send us a message and we will see what can be done.

Standard custom orders (non custom colored, shaped or styled) are guaranteed free from manufacturer defects and are subject to the same warranty of custom bags.

Since these are non-custom colors, these bags are returnable for up to 30 days from the day the bag ships to you! Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee however.
