Every single customized bag is made to order the minute you order it, to ensure quality and uniformity and depending on order volume, the lead time can change.

Normally we aim for a 4-6 week lead time for custom frame bags & 2-3 weeks for other custom orders, but sometimes things happen and things take a bit longer.

Rest assured, we will get you your bag, that's a promise!

When you order a custom frame bag, or other custom sized bag, specific instructions will be attached as a downloadable .PDF to your order confirmation email.

Please do your best to follow those instructions- the better you follow them, the better your bag will turn out!

We take pride in all of our bags, so if you are having an issue with a defect or broken component or other issue pertaining to a defect, we will be happy to fix the issue!
