CNC Pattern drawing
Using this custom large format gantry machine, we are able to quickly and repeatably process full rolls of fabric with any digitized bag pattern! Additionally this machine allows for minimal fabric waste - I am consistently able to get single digit waste percentages!
Laser Cutting
The capability to laser cut metal with a 4kw laser is incredible!
Turn your thin metal sheet ideas into reality! The machine that I use has a 4x8 foot work area so there is not project too big or too small!
CNC Machining
Virtually everything we touch on a daily basis is in one way or another involved with a CNC machine. A CNC mill houses a rotating cutting bit called and Endmill. Attached to a 'spindle' that moves up and down (3-axis), the table where the work piece is clamped moves left to right, in and out all controlled by precise G-Code, making complex shapes easy to form!

Sewing
From Embroidery to full on bag making and finishing, we have a complete set up! Here are our machines:
- Consew 277 RFS-3 Cylinder bed
Great for binding and other small radius precision work! I have recently added a motor control unit capable of some light programmable features as well.
- Kingmax GC-0322 Long arm
Great for bulky projects requiring high speed & precision sewing
- Juki LU-2212N-7
A triple feed, auto thread cutting, programmable machine, this is excellent for repeated heavy duty tasks
- Atlas CNC Pattern/Tacking machine
Being a medium format, fully programmable machine, this work horse can do anything from monogramming to bar-tacking! If the stitch can be thought up, we can do it!
- ZSK 12 thread large format embroidery machine
This machine is capable of doing multi color embroidery on any work piece within an 18x20" work envelope! Truly an awesome machine!
- Merrow MG-3U
This small but mighty machine does one thing and one thing only - patch edges! If you have ever held an embroidered patch and marveled at the precisely stitched border, this is THE machine responsible!
- Burr Bench De-burring machine
The burr bench is a vibratory tumbler filled with about 120 lbs of special rocks! when combined with freshly machined parts, this equipment removes the sharp, jagged edges left and leaves a refined surface finish on parts for external coatings like cerakote or anodizing!
